Shipping Cost For More Than One Item :

Damaged :
Feng Shui FX strives to provide exceptional services to all its customers. Packaging of each order is done to the best of our ability to prevent any damages. However, we have no control of any purchases once they leave our hands. It is highly unlikely purchases are damaged or loss on shipment. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If in any case the goods have arrived damaged, do not accept the delivery. Email or call us immediately. Shipments are shipped on buyers’ risks.
Loss :
Purchases are shipped using traceable shipment. It is highly unlikely purchases will be loss. In any case if it is, please contact us immediately so we can trace the purchase with the shipping company.
Return :
Goods are sold in good condition. You have 14 days satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please return the item in good and its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility. An administrative fee of 30% will apply.
Cancellation :
Purchases can be cancelled if they are not shipped. Shipped purchases can be returned under the “Return” policy. An administrative fee of 30% will apply.
Duties and Taxes :
The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in his/her country. Most countries do not charge any duties for purchases below certain amount. For example, there is no duties in the United States unless the purchase is over USD$200.00.
Shipment :
Purchases are processed and shipped within the next working day. Shipment time ranges between 2-14 days depending on the provinces, states and countries. Allow time for custom clearance.
